Students are introduced to the concepts, procedures, and resources ofsoftware
project management in this course. Project scheduling, budgeting, quality
assurance, risk management, and teamwork are among the subjects covered.
The goal of the course is to equip students with the skills necessary for efficient
project management in software development settings.
